♦The resort credit is valid toward room charges including purchases made at Umalu, Japengo, Son'z Steakhouse, Drums of the Pacific Luau and Swan Court. To qualify as a room charge, Drums of the Pacific Luau reservations must be booked in advance and directly with the resort luau sales team via email at OGGRM-Luau.Reservations@hyatt.com. If these steps are not taken, the resort credit is not applicable toward the Drums of the Pacific Luau. The credit will be applied to the final statement upon checkout. Any unused portion of the credit is nontransferable, nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
