This elegant resort is an oasis of contemporary luxury surrounded by Walt Disney World Resort. Guests enjoy an ambiance of stylish sophistication, celebrated amenities and impeccable personalized service. Hotel features include pools (and private cabanas), golf, a spa, a kids' club, poolside activities, bicycle rentals and more. Resort features include complimentary transportation service throughout the day to the four main Walt Disney World Parks (does not include water parks, which can be accessed by Disney Transportation once within Walt Disney World Resort). Transportation service is based on a set schedule and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Town car service is available for a fee. Park tickets are not included in the complimentary transportation service or the town car service. A valid park ticket for each guest is still required for entrance to any theme park.

If the guest does not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each ticket purchased for an adult the guest must provide one of the following dated within the last 2 months evidencing a Canadian residential address (not a PO Box), together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver's license, any other government –issued identification card) : monthly mortgage statement; Provincial Vehicle Registration or Title; homeowner's insurance policy or bill; automobile insurance policy or bill; utility bill; mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement; or mail from a Federal, Provincial, or City government agency. A print of an electronic bill of the type described above is acceptable. Photocopies and fax copies of bills are not acceptable. Canadian resident savings on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels for stays through 12/14/24, and 1/5/25 – 9/27/25, book by 4/30/25.
