The City of Miami, known for its diverse culture and ethnicities is the largest municipality in Miami-Dade County. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 362,470. By the year 2010 the population in the City is projected to rise to 390,191. Miami which is known as the Gateway to Latin America attracts a tremendous amount of foreign born people, resulting in a large Latin American population that includes Cubans, Nicaraguans, Colombians, Venezuelans, Puerto Ricans, Argentineans, Ecuadorians, Brazilians, Dominicans, Haitians and Mexicans. In the beginning, La Romana was a small village of no more than 30 inhabitants located at the banks of the Romana River, which ran through the limestone hills in the area. Today La Romana is one of the most cosmopolitan municipalities in the country. This is due, in part, to the fact that the area has no outstanding cultural features, which distinguish it from other municipalities in the country. La Romana has three truly beautiful beaches: El Caletón, La Minita and La Caleta, the latter is frequented by many visitors during the summer since it is so close to the city.

Kralendijk is the capital of Bonaire, a Dutch island in the Caribbean Sea. Colorful architecture dots the shopping street of Kaya Grandi. The Bonaire Museum displays archaeological finds, shells and old photos. Off the coast is Bonaire National Marine Park, with a coral reef sheltering tropical fish. This stretches west to Klein Bonaire Island, where the sandy beaches provide a nesting ground for sea turtles.

Oranjestad is the capital of the Dutch island of Aruba, in the Caribbean Sea. Near the marina, the 18th-century Fort Zoutman and the Willem III Tower, formerly a lighthouse, house the Historical Museum, which chronicles the island’s past. The Archaeological Museum displays indigenous artifacts dating back as far as 2500 B.C. Along the waterfront, L.G. Smith Boulevard is dotted with boutiques and shopping malls.

Saint John's is the capital of the island nation of Antigua and Barbuda. Located in northwestern Antigua, this is a cove of the Caribbean Sea, a major exporter of sugar, rum, cotton, handicrafts, fiber-made items, ceramics and fabrics. The city is also a tourist destination. St. John's skyline, capital and major city in Antigua and Barbuda, is mastered by the baroque magnificence of the St. John's Cathedral's dome and steeple. These steeples are Antigua's first sight for almost half of all foreign travelers who visit the island nation every year, since they come by boat. There are several sightseeing places in St. John's. This is one of the Caribbean's oldest trade ports, built in the late 17th Century. Other interesting spots are the Old Court House, built in 1747, the ruins of Fort James, harking back to 1703, The Antigua and Barbuda Museum, Marine and Living Arts Museum, Redcliffe Quay, plus several other castles and fortresses built centuries ago for the defense of this strategic enclave. In the 1970's Norwegian Cruise Lines developed Great Stirrup Cay as the industry's first private island playground. Needless to say, the idea really took off. All major Caribbean cruise lines now offer stops at their own Bahamian island for an afternoon of hassle-free surf and sand. In fact, from Great Stirrup Cay, you can sometimes see a Royal Caribbean ship anchored off nearby CocoCay, formerly Little Stirrup Cay. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. If you were to sit down and design your own private island, it would probably look a lot like this one. Except for your fantastic private mansion, Great Stirrup Cay is lacking very little in the way of amenities and activities. The beach, of course, is the main attraction, offering swimming, snorkeling (coral reefs surround the island), rafts, paddleboats, catamarans, and kayaks. For the less-wet set, there are volleyball courts and hiking trails. Set out and try to find the island's lighthouse. Appetites are readily appeased at the beach barbeque and the thirsty can head for the beach bar (the only building on the island with walls - save for the bathrooms, of course). Music arrives courtesy of a calypso band so you can limber up with a limbo contest - then limp off to a waiting, palm-shaded hammock.

Aqualina: At Aqualina, you'll find some of Italy's most celebrated dishes as well as contemporary inventive cuisine. Start with lobster ravioli, followed by arugula and radicchio with prosciutto chips, and a Venetian seafood platter. You won't be able to say no to these famous desserts: marsala custard, lemon soufflé, or tiramisu. The chefs love to be inspired, so after an on shore visit to a local market, you can also expect a delectable dish so local, you'll feel like you're not onboard anymore.

Prime C: At Prime C, you're in for more than an array of delectable dining such as steaks cooked to perfection, crab cakes with remoulade, lobster bisque, lamb, game hens and seafood. Last but certainly not least, try the mini cinnamon-sugar donuts with dipping sauces for dessert. Expect a marvelous evening in a warm wood-paneled ambiance with stunning views and lush décor. If the chef has made a visit to a local market while in port, you'll also have an authentic local dish to look forward to.

Specialty Dining: Specialty dining is complimentary for suite guests. For others, there is a US $ 30 per-person cover. Reservations are highly recommended. Due to the popularity of our specialty restaurants and regard for your fellow guests, a US $ 15 late cancellation fee will be charged to your guest folio if a booking is not canceled by noon on the day of your reservation.

Our daily themed dinner often takes its inspiration from the region we're visiting—Indian, Mexican, Spanish, Italian. We also create an extra live station made from local ingredients purchased in port: Greek salad made with local feta (Greece), pasta prepared with local mushrooms (Italy), fresh Mussels served with garlic bread (Netherlands). Take in the fresh breeze at an outdoor table and relax in the easy and casual atmosphere of the newly renovated Windows Café. Enjoy an intimate breakfast, lunch, or dinner for two or a lively meal for six with our flexible seating options. And speaking of choices, selections change daily.
